Who am I? Well, a lot of things! Fun, caring and inclusive are adjectives I would use to describe myself. Beyond those surface qualities, I'm also dedicated to my work and the relationships in my life. When it comes to any goal or project I set out to tackle, I make sure that everything is done with excellence and thoughtfulness. It's what makes me the person I am today - someone who approaches each day with enthusiasm and joy.

I have been teaching different Pilates apparatus and Barre since 2019 following many years of personal practice and still practicing as a student almost daily.
Attaining my qualifications through reputable educational organisations. While movement has always been in my life, my professional skills also encompass nutrition for wellness, being a Chef, and a massage therapist. I am a fur-mama to 2 blue staffies, and a mum of 2 awesome humans (...and grand-mother too!)
