While it is not all about "feet in straps", your reformer class will have you riding this apparatus on a high. Crafted with care, be prepared to move through Original, Classical and contemporary repertoire. Load your springs for a dynamic and challenging class, while focus is on different states such as control, balance, strength, coordination, mobility, flexibility and at times, getting our heart rate pumping, or recovery.

The Cadillac/Trap table is essentially a hight set static table with a canopy style frame, loaded springs, bars and loops that allow to practice Pilates in a three-dimensional state.Perfect if you are considering rehabilitation practice or more advanced Pilates practice.
The Ladder Barrel brings a healthy challenge to the spine, but it also helps to achieve supported positions for deep stretching to elongate the body. Classes for ages 10 to 16 years. Well-applied physical exercise develops a child’s body and mind, and positively influences their self-perception. Pilates for children promotes their long term health and achievement, creates positive habits that can be carried in adulthood, provides physical awareness and fosters important skills for navigating puberty. Classes available on demand. Depending on age group and apparatus required.
